OUR IMPACT TIMELINE
The Safina Lion Conservation Fund was formed as a registered charity to carry out our objectives to conserve and to educate. We believe that transparency is key so we created this page to highlight the exact donations that we have made to our conservation partners and work that we have been able to carry out following the help of our supporters.
This timeline has been created to allow you to track the progress that we have made so far on our mission to work with others to protect and monitor lions in the wild. Use the timeline to see how we have progressed with meeting our charitable objectives to conserve and to educate and which of our focus areas as defined in our conservation strategy our actions have met. 100% of the money raised through our charity goes to make these donations to our conservation partners with no money going towards any of our trustees or administration fees. The donations are shown in US dollars $ because this is the currency that our three conservation partners work in so we follow this to ensure our sponsorships match what is required. We would like to add another thank you to everyone who has supported us so far allowing us to make this impact to help protect and monitor lions in the wild.

The Safina Lion Conservation Fund has donated a total of £16,898 towards our conservation partners.
Our proudest achievement so far is supporting the collaring of Laipangwa, pictured above courtesy of the Kope Lion team.
